Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of the Muang Vintage online store, operated by Langh Sian Muang, an individual seller based in Bangkok, Thailand ("we", "us"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

All items are pre-owned and one of a kind. We describe and photograph each item, including known flaws, as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Measurements are taken by hand and may vary slightly.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is no longer available or a pricing error occurs; if we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund. Since each item is unique, an order is confirmed only once payment is completed.

Shipping, duties and taxes

We ship from Bangkok, Thailand. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees charged by your country unless they were collected at checkout. Please see our Shipping page.

Returns and refunds

Sales are final except for items that are significantly not as described or damaged, reported within 7 days of delivery, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Use of the store

You agree not to misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, or use our photos and content without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
